The price charged for a product is the price in effect at the time of order and will be listed in your order confirmation. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice; already-confirmed orders are not affected.

For sales to consumers within the EU, risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods only passes to you as the buyer upon delivery to you, not upon handover to the shipping carrier.

Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your EU country of residence remain unaffected and take precedence where more favorable to you. To the extent legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction for claims brought by Skycast is the court responsible for 5084 Großgmain, Austria; as a consumer, you may also sue us in the court of your own place of residence.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will inform you of material changes in accordance with applicable law.
